What the monthly price includes
Included in every package
- Every deposit, payment and purchase sorted into its category
- Each bank, credit card and loan account checked against its statement every month
- A profit and loss statement (what you earned and spent) and a balance sheet (what you own and owe), for the month and year to date
Not included
- Tax returns, payroll and Forms 1099 for contractors, which we offer as separate services.
- Sales and use tax filings. Ask us about sales tax.
- Invoicing customers, tracking what they owe and paying your bills.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Bookkeeping for months before we start, which we price separately.
Our monthly reports are prepared for your internal management use only. We do not audit, review, compile, or verify your records, and no assurance of any kind is provided on the reports we deliver.

We confirm your package and accounts with you.

- You send last month’s statements and answer our questions.

- When we have everything by the 10th, your reports are ready in your client portal.
