Price and booking
From $110 a month
for one person, plus $12 for each additional person.
Our office is a partner firm of Gusto, the online payroll system. Your monthly price includes the Gusto subscription.
A one-time charge covers setting up your payroll. Weekly paydays, tipped employees, wage garnishments, entering your employees’ hours, adding new employees and extra payrolls you ask for each carry an added charge. Paying anyone who works outside North Carolina also adds to the price.
What the monthly price includes
Every payday
- Payroll run every two weeks, twice a month or monthly
- Direct deposit for your employees, who can see their pay stubs and W‑2s online
- Payroll totals entered in your books, if we also do your bookkeeping
Every tax deadline
- Payroll taxes withheld and paid, with federal and North Carolina payroll returns filed each quarter and at year end
- New hires reported to the state
At year end
- W‑2s for your employees and 1099s for your contractors
