Accessibility statement
Carolina Tax Service is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every client to be able to find information, see our pricing, and reach us with equal ease.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments.
What we do
- Use clear structure, headings, and labels that work with screen readers.
- Maintain readable color contrast and visible keyboard focus.
- Support full keyboard navigation, including our menus and forms.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences and avoid content that flashes.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task. We review the site regularly and work to correct issues as we find them. Some third-party tools we link to, such as our scheduling and document portals, are maintained by other companies; where those fall short, we will help you complete the same task by phone or in person.
