Every package includes the same monthly work, in full. The number of accounts and the monthly volume are the only things that change between them. Books needing more work per transaction than a count can show are adjusted by hand after a consultation.

Before you choose

You hold your own QuickBooks Online subscription

Every bookkeeping package requires an active QuickBooks Online subscription in your business name. You hold that subscription and pay Intuit directly for it. It is not included in the package prices, and we do not resell it. You give us access by inviting us as a user from inside QuickBooks, so we never hold your password and you can remove our access yourself at any time.

Complex books are adjusted by hand

Volume is not the only thing that sets a price. Books that carry more work per transaction, or that need technical treatment a transaction count cannot show, are adjusted by hand after a consultation rather than taken from the table. We confirm your exact price before any work begins, and we do not change it without telling you first.

Online or in person, your choice

Bookkeeping runs entirely online if you prefer, or in person at our office on West Main Street in Locust. The monthly cycle and what you receive are identical either way.

Volume sets the package

Every package buys the same monthly work. The price is set by the number of connected accounts and the monthly transaction volume, and by nothing else. If your volume changes, we tell you before the price does.

Month to month, with thirty days notice

Bookkeeping runs month to month. Either of us can end it with thirty days' written notice, and prices can change on the same notice if your volume or scope does. The full terms are published, and you can read them before you commit.

Where we work

We take bookkeeping clients across the United States, online or in person. Our monthly reports are prepared for your internal management use only. We do not audit, review, compile, or verify your records, and no assurance of any kind is provided on the reports we deliver. We are not a CPA firm.

Read the bookkeeping engagement letter before you commit. It is the same agreement you sign in the client portal. Catch-up and cleanup of earlier periods is quoted separately and agreed before it starts. Our office does not run payroll. If you have employees, tell us and we will point you toward a payroll provider, then take their reports into your books. More about how the monthly cycle works.
